1 ripe avocado                                                 
1/2 cucumber (cut into chunks)                                 
1/2 cup olive oil                                              
1/4 cup honey                                                  
3 teaspoons apple cider vinegar                                
1 teaspoon sea salt                                            

Blend in blender.  Adjust vinegar and honey to taste.

Should last 1 week in fridge.
