Spring has sprung and I thought a 10 day green smoothie extravaganza would be a great way to start off the warmer weather.
I wasn't expecting to see any changes, etc. but after the second day my hands are much softer. We had gone away to Cuba in January and I might have gotten too much sun... The skin was dry and flaky. I don't normally moisturize but I did try some hand creams but they weren't helping.
Also, my energy is way up. I started at a new pharmacy in Feb. and it's been 9 hour days 5 days a week on my feet. I've been bagged, achy, and sore. Yesterday after work I felt great, I was surprised as since the new job started I usually want to go to bed right away.
Here's the recap of what I've been eating the past few days. I've also been re-reading Dr. D. Graham's 80/10/10 diet book. So nice to eat fruit without all the guilt.
